Per numerous league rulings the current Cleveland Browns are the same team that played in Cleveland until 1995, and they are considered to have gone dormant as a franchise for three seasons. Observations: In the last ten years, every team has made the playoffs at least once with the exception of Houston, which has only been in existence for seven of those years. In the past 12 seasons, over half (18) of the NFL teams have made it to the Super Bowl.
