When manufactured terror exists to set the stage, the real terror will then take it's place or mix with false flag operations eventually, making the truth so skewed people won't know what to think anymore. This was the plan all along. You take an event, shape the world and yes the real extremists will eventually mimic or co-exist with false terror. They create the environment to brew exactly what they want to fight. The extremists were always there, they will always be there..
