I'm not kidding. Looks like the lamestream media are reacting to the stories coming out about the incompetence of the mayor of New Orleans and the governor of Louisiana the way the obnoxious Nicole Sullivan character on Mad TV handles bad news: by plugging their ears and going "Lalalalalala, I can't hear you!"
