The unfortunate peasant in Bangladesh will find that his house floods in 2106 instead.And in terms of priorities:

They found dealing with communicable diseases like Aids and malaria, malnutrition, free trade and clean drinking water were the world's top priorities. The experts rated urgent responses to climate change at the bottom.
